Today I had the opportunity to view some production samples and choose a garment I'd like to upcycle within the project I'm currently working on.
It's very up my street as the concept centres around the idea of sustainably upcycling garments to renew their purpose and to create new forms. Very exciting, but also great to see brands wanting to move to a more sustainable design practices. You can see my work for this project located under the 'project' tab of my blog. A warning that I do leave the entire contents of my head here, not so refined! (Although I will be moving on to more refined boards over the coming weeks!)
